All web store sales are final.
All items are inspected prior to listing and then again prior to shipping for quality control. Exchanges or store credit will be issued on defective items only.
If you should receive a defective item, please contact us at 678-403-1033 (Tuesday through Saturday - Noon to 7 p.m.) within 3 days of receipt of the defective item.
Please note that many of our items are one-of-a-kind. If a replacement item is not available, a credit will be issued for the purchase amount, less shipping charges. This credit may be used either in-store or on a future web store purchase.
